• Cabin check-in 2pm, Site check-in 11am, all check-outs 10am. After hours check-in available
• We have limited pet cabins, please call the office to confirm your pet friendly booking
• Minimum booking periods for Xmas, Easter and long weekends
• Weekly and long-term accommodation rates available

Booking and Deposit Policy

All reservations require a deposit to be paid at the time of the reservation. Without a deposit, we are unable to make a reservation.

One-night bookings will require full payment, multiple nights will require the first night, and long stays will require the first week as deposits.

Refund Policy

CABINS CANCELLATION POLICY

If you give us at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the date of arrival we will refund the balance of your deposit less $30.00 administration fee per cabin. If within 48 hours prior to the day of arrival the deposit paid will be surrendered.

POWERED SITES  – CANCELLATION POLICY

Peak season 1^st May – 31^st October

In order to avoid being charged your deposit for cancellation, please notify us 28 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit minus a $30 cancellation fee.
If within the 4 weeks the deposit paid will be surrendered.

Off Peak season 1^st November – 30^th April

If you give us at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the date of arrival we will refund the balance of your deposit less $30.00 administration fee per cabin. If within 48 hours prior to the day of arrival the deposit paid will be surrendered.  

No refund will be given for early departures or cancellations once arrived.

Please note: If you have supplied a credit card, full payment will be taken 48 hrs before arrival date.
