The village is owned and operated by the owners Peter and Jennie Greer and their enthusiastic staff. All staff work together towards our goals and values, these are:

Our goal is to deliver a first-class quality service along with exceptional accommodation.  Give first to guests!  The team and the owners all move forward together with a vision and focus for the future with pride and passion.  We want to provide an experience that makes our guests happy and create memories they will foster for life. We want our guests to feel our village is a home away from home where they are happy, relaxed and totally at ease in their surroundings. The added bonus is all the facilities and services they could possibly want or need.

The whole team is responsible for keeping the village immaculate. We all have the same common vision to give guests the best holiday experience. We work closely together, rely upon each other and need each other to get the work completed. All staff are dedicated, have initiative and the desire to get the job done!

Guests at QBTV get our undivided attention, we provide customer service excellence and refer to it as personalisation. This word covers how we respect and welcome them. We look forward to meeting new faces and welcoming back the old faces and hope to surpass their expectations while staying with us. Guest satisfaction is critical to staff and our focus is to ensure they all have the best experience while staying here and we strive to make their stay as special and memorable as possible. We find the little things count. From a smile, to a wave, to a hello or just stopping for a chat. These interactions are critical and we want our guests to be 100% satisfied. It all makes for a great holiday experience that they appreciate and will leave an excellent impression.

We are an accredited tourism business through the Australian Tourism Accreditation Program and proudly hold a 4 star rating with Queensland Tourism Industry Council Star Ratings Australia and have received a Gold Listing. We have recently been crowned as the overall winners in the 2021 Grey Nomads Awards for the Best Grey Nomad Large Caravan park in Australia.
